A $200, security deposit will be charged for summer rentals and be returned two weeks
following your rental. At the time of the reservation, a 50% deposit plus the security
deposit will be due. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Checks will be
accepted for deposits and secured funds will be required for balance.
For all off-season rentals, the total amount is due upon booking with
secured funds, or personal check 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Once a reservation is made, a refund will only be given if your scheduled
time frame can be rebooked.
